About The Founder

Adam Cassidy is an experienced real estate development executive with over 16 years of experience in the acquisition, development, and financing of over $1 billion of commercial real estate projects throughout the United States. Prior to founding Clearview, from 2011-2019, Mr. Cassidy served as the Vice President of Acquisitions and Development at Dream Hotel Group, responsible for growing the company’s lifestyle hotel brands in the US and Europe by originating and structuring new construction, adaptive re-use, and joint venture real estate projects. Previously, Mr. Cassidy worked as a project manager at GFI Development Company, a full-service owner and developer of real estate based in New York City that developed The Ace Hotel New York; and The NoMad Hotel in New York. 

Mr. Cassidy has served in independent advisory roles where he focused on feasibility analysis, FDIC mandated loan portfolio sales, land acquisition and project management on behalf of various investors. In 2017, he led the acquisition and repositioning of the Chapin Estate, a 3,000-acre gated residential community located in Bethel, NY. He also completed the acquisition of Kutschers’ Resort for conversion to YO1 Wellness Resort, a $100 million resort development in the Catskill Mountains of NY.

He holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate Development from Columbia University and received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Arizona State University. He is based in Old Greenwich, CT where he lives with his wife and three children.

Mr. Cassidy founded Clearview Capital Group, a boutique real estate investment advisory firm in 2019 to acquire and develop a diversified portfolio of upscale hospitality and real estate assets.
